Science Based Hard and Fast Rules for Wishing

  • Commit to the 8-Week Protocol
    Neuroscience research on habit and neuroplasticity rates shows it takes at least 8 weeks of daily practice for new pathways to solidify. The methodology requires:
    • Daily engagement with wishing rituals, reflections, and tracking for 8 consecutive weeks.
    • No skipping days: habitual practice ensures effectiveness.
  • Daily Practice
    • Make your wish at least once per day for the full 8-week cycle.
    • Use tracking tools (Wish Tracker, Playbook log) to record outcomes, emotions, and neural changes.
  • Align Every Wish with the Three Ps
    • Peaceful: Wishes must originate from a calm, regulated nervous system—no stress, anger, or resentment. ​
    • Positive: Wish for positive outcomes only—not for harm or retribution for others.
    • Purposeful: Wishes must serve authentic personal growth and/or benefit more than just the wisher.
  • Alignment of Your Three Selves
    • Only wishes that have emotional, cognitive, and spiritual agreement (Three Selves) are valid for this method.
  • Use Only Ethical, Growth-Oriented Intentions
    • Any wish with harmful, manipulative, exploitative, or vengeful intent invalidates the process and should be stopped immediately.
